What is UNIORG smart Xchange?
UNIORG smart Xchange is UNIORG's integration and automation platform for SAP Business One. It connects SAP Business One with external systems — online shops, marketplaces, logistics portals, EDI partners and more — and automates data exchange through configuration.
What is exchanged and in which direction is up to your configuration — Xchange then carries out the actual data exchange on its own.
You work with Xchange directly in the SAP Business One Web Client. Once your IT department has completed the technical setup, you can get started right away.
Three terms keep coming up:
- A connection describes a connected system (address and credentials).
- A route defines which data flows over which connection in which direction.
- A configuration snapshot is a saved, internally consistent state of your entire configuration.

How to get started

- Your first route then walks you step by step through your first success — from the empty Overview to a running data transfer.
