Work through Action required
Action required is the one place where everything open comes together: a blocked connection, a paused route, waiting clarifications. Going through it once a day saves searching the other pages.
The running example is a Tuesday morning at Cambira. The list has four rows — one red, two orange, one blue.
What you need
- Read permissions for the areas concerned. Which permission unlocks which rows is set out in the Overview reference.
- For handling an item, the permission of the target area — the list shows you a route even when you may not toggle its automation.
The list holds only what your permissions allow. The green Nothing to clarify therefore does not mean nothing is open in the system — it means nothing is open in your view of it. If you are responsible for operations, have the four read permissions granted in full.
Open the list
The list sits on the Overview, right below the greeting. But you do not have to go there: while something is open, a bell icon appears in the header carrying the number of open items, coloured after the most severe among them. Clicking it opens the same list, from every screen.
That icon is the actual entry point in day-to-day operation — it is red as soon as something is standing somewhere that will not go away on its own.
Work top down
The order is not by time but by urgency, and it only runs one way: red first, then orange, then blue. The colour says how certain the work is:

| Orange | Work known to be waiting — a decision, a clarification. |
| Blue | A suspicion that need not amount to anything. |
So work top down, and read the blue row for what it is: the message Route "Gutschriften-Import Webshop" has processed nothing for 26 hours can mean the trigger is no longer starting runs — but equally that no credit notes came in over the weekend.
Handle a row
Clicking the row takes you to where you handle the item — the list itself carries no actions. In the example those are four different destinations:
- Route "Lieferung-Export Logistik-Partner" is paused after an error (red) leads to the route's detail under Execution. The reason in plain words is in the operational information; once the cause is fixed, you switch the automation back on there.
- Route "Preislisten-Export Webshop" has a suspended cleanup (orange) leads to the same place, but calls for a decision rather than a repair — see Decide a suspended cleanup.
- 2 operations are waiting for your review (orange) leads to Clarification. How to decide an individual operation there is shown in Track runs and clarify an operation.
- Route "Gutschriften-Import Webshop" has processed nothing for 26 hours (blue) leads to the route's detail, where you see the last run and the trigger.

No row is ticked off
There is no button that marks a row as done, and none that dismisses it. Every row disappears on its own once its cause is gone — the blocked connection when a connection test succeeds again; the clarification row once you have decided on the last operation; the quiet route once it processes something again.
That has a practical consequence: if a row is still standing after you stepped in, the cause is not gone. You have not forgotten to tick anything off — you have received feedback.
Two cases are the exception to "goes with its cause":
- The four rows about the system state — processing stopped, database change detected, service unreachable, maintenance mode — only go once somebody steps in on the System Status page.
- A suspended cleanup also goes when the next run holds back fewer records than the threshold — the question has then settled itself without your deciding.
